This small garden in Ealing featured a lawn sloping up to a back garden gate.
The brief was to include two seating areas; one outside the house, and another to one side to get the evening sun.
and the clients wished to retain some lawn.
We decided to terrace and to create interest, make some curved terraces edged with corten steel. As the back
gate is not used much, we planted between setts to maximise the planting.
