This small garden in Ealing was restructured to make it more appealing and usable for a family with young children. The deck and central curved path were removed and replaced with new paved areas and a path to the side. Ardmore Limestone Cobbles were used for the main patio areas, with some detailing from London Mix clay pavers that match the back of the house; these are are also used to make a low brick raised bed on one side. The existing garden building was painted black to help it recede into the background, and a line of planting added in front of this, with some pleached trees to screen the houses beyond. Additional planting was added in some raised beds and around the sides to green up the boundaries. The owners moved before the garden reached maturity, but the garden really helped to sell the house.
