The original back garden to this house in Ealing featured a narrow strip of paving along the back of the house, and small steps up to a lawn. Wider and more generous steps were built, and these
lead to a terrace to catch the sun. There are raised beds either side of the steps, and an L shaped bench in one corner.
The side courtyard area, was repaved, and low raised beds added, with the intention of it being used as a vegetable garden.
A larger shed was added and painted to make the whole area look smarter.
